By confirming your registration for the White or Green Ribbon (Vita & Gröna Bandet, VGB), you accept our general terms and conditions and our policy for handling personal data.
You also agree that VGB uses digital communication channels to send you information.
You also agree that you have read and understood the rules and also certify that you will follow them in order to become an approved Ribboner after completing the tour.
TERMS
These conditions apply between White or Green Ribbon organization (VGB) and you who approve the agreement with VGB as stated in the confirmation (the Ribboner).
GENERAL
As a Ribboner, you must follow all VGB's basic rules, be a good ambassador for the mountains as both a natural and cultural landscape, and be full aware that you complete your tour at your own risk.
REGISTRATION
The registration becomes binding when you have paid the registration fee for the Ribbon in question and VGB has confirmed your registration.
As a Ribboner, you need to carefully check the registration confirmation as soon as it arrives. You must notify VGB of any inaccuracies directly.
To register, you as a Ribboner must be at least 18 years old, alternatively your registration must be approved by your guardian.
Your registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
CANCELLATION / CHANGED REGISTRATION?
Any cancellation or changes are made via the profile page where you log in with your e-mail address and the password you received in your registration confirmation. A registered and paid trip can be moved forward one year (365 days) free of charge. For longer periods, a new registration and payment must be made.
DURING THE TOUR
As a Ribboner, you must always be able to present your benefit card Cardskipper when using your discounts for equipment, accommodation, etc.
OTHER
In case of any complaints, contact VGB directly. If you as Ribboner and VGB do not agree, you can turn to the Swedish Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
If VGB becomes aware that you have proven to have broken some of the Ribbon's rules, VGB has the right to invalidate your registration and your tour within the framework of VGB. In such cases, VGB also has the right to invalidate an approved Ribbon.
VGB may, within reasonable limits, change the conditions for your notification due to external cost increases, even after the agreement has become binding for the parties.
VGB is not responsible for any incorrect information or promises from third parties.
VGB reserves itself for law and price changes beyond VGB's control.
In the event that the notification cannot be carried out due to obstacles beyond VGB's control and which VGB could not have anticipated when the agreement was entered into and whose consequences could not have been avoided or overcome, VGB is free from liability for damages or other penalties (according to Force Majeure).
